TranzStor 1Xi
The TranzStor 1Xi is a single bay docking station that runs in any computer and hosts a removable
TranzPak 7 data storage module.
A TranzStor 1Xi installs into any standard 5.25” peripheral slot in any computer or workstation at home,
ofce, lab or in the eld, and provides a eld-ready platform to store and transport up to 300 GB of
data from one computer to another.
With a TranzStor 1Xi you no longer have to transport large data les using multiple disks. The TranzStor
1Xi allows you to take the whole hard drive with you. That means you can transport, plug in and run
your most intensive software applications anywhere. Available in SCSI or IDE.

The groundbreaking rugged TranzPak 7 hot-pluggable hard drive with up to 300 GB of storage
capacity is the cornerstone of this rugged storage system. Featuring an extruded aluminum body
and die cast cam locking front panel, the TranzPak 7 provides solid protection for your deployed
media investment.

TranzStor 5XL - Rugged High-Performance SCSI RAID System
Z Microsystems’ TranzStor 5XL spans the gap between the single drive TranzStor 1Xi and the eight drive TranzStor 8X RAID.
This rugged RAID system supports ve TP7 SCSI drives with latest maximum capacities available in a 2U tall, 19” rack-mountable enclosure. A tough
removable door provides dust and EMI protection with easy access to the dust lter for cleaning.
The RAID controller supports RAID level formats: 0, 1, 0+1, 3, 5, 10, 30, 50, NRAID, and JBOD. The TranzStor 5XL supports two data channels and can
be congured with a split data bus.
Designed for deployed database applications, the TranzStor 5XL is a compact, rugged storage system.
These ultra-rugged low-prole modular systems with fully enclosed, hot-pluggable removable TranzPak 7 modules offer extreme
portability in complex deployed computing environments.
